1. About Covergrow
Covergrow is a digital-first company offering insurance advisory, platform-based solutions, content services, and risk assessment tools for PSU enterprises, brokers, and end consumers. We are registered under the Government of India’s Startup Initiative.
Covergrow is an Employee Benefits and Mobility solutions provider focused also on services in feasibility studies, product development and claims advisory in Insurance, wellness as well as extending to the relevant eco-systems of various other related products and services.
All Insurance related services will be provided to an organization or a group of employees or customers through an IRDAI approved insurance agent or insurance broker. Covergrow will also assess the requirements relevant to motor, health, life or any other Insurance products or services, and obtain relevant information and quotations from the market.
Covergrow may provide customized tech-based solutions through its website or through mobile applications for use by employees or any affinity channel.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use our Services. Corporate users must ensure their authorized representatives access our services on behalf of the organization.
3. Scope of Services
Our offerings include: Insurance and risk advisory, Employee benefit platforms, Affinity and B2B2C solutions, Claims management and advisory, Strategy and Branding, Technology and content-based engagement tools, Branded initiatives for underinsured populations
4. User Obligations
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and updated information
- Use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload our systems or interfere with others’ use of the Services
5. Payment Terms
Business Clients (B2B): Payments are governed by individual contracts or purchase orders. Fees are invoiced as agreed and are due within [30] days unless stated otherwise.
Digital Services: Some tools and platforms may have subscription-based pricing or usage-based fees. Details will be communicated at the time of onboarding.
Refunds: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to the terms of individual agreements or specific service policies.

Covergrow will not be responsible for any loss or liability arising out of sharing of personal details relating to credit card or bank account by you to any third party.
